Senior Manager, People

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, People to lead the people agenda for Dubai Mall Online, the official digital platform of Dubai Mall. The role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving talent acquisition, workforce planning and HR excellence to support a high‑performing, customer‑centric organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define and execute the people strategy that supports growth.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition, building pipelines and employer branding.
• Develop workforce planning, talent pipelines and succession plans.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coach managers on people matters, leadership development and organizational design.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions and investigations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance the employee experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably in a fast‑growing, customer‑focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and best HR practices.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence decisions.
• Excellent communication, coaching and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Track record of delivering recruitment, performance management and succession planning programs.
