Senior Manager, Performance Marketing

About the role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to shape and execute the growth strategy for its FACES brand across digital and omnichannel touchpoints. The role will drive sustainable revenue, customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value while aligning with brand positioning and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive growth strategy covering acquisition, retention, reactivation, conversion and loyalty.
• Own commercial targets and lead initiatives to boost traffic, conversion rates, average order value, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
• Lead performance‑marketing and demand‑generation campaigns across relevant digital channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, retail, e‑commerce, product, content, analytics and technology teams to optimise the end‑to‑end customer journey.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, customer insights, competitive reviews and test‑and‑learn experiments.
• Establish an experimentation framework, scale successful initiatives and report performance via dashboards and business reviews.
• Manage budgets and agency relationships to ensure efficient spend.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably within luxury, fashion or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
