Senior Manager – Private Client Tax (UK)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Private Client Tax practice in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality UK tax advice to High‑Net‑Worth and Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth individuals, families, trusts and family offices across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic UK tax planning and succession advice to HNW and UHNW clients.
• Advise on UK residence, long‑term residence, domicile rules and Double Taxation Agreements.
• Develop and implement Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and anti‑avoidance strategies, including TOAA.
• Structure and advise on trusts, foundations and family investment companies.
• Prepare technical reports and present complex tax concepts clearly to clients and advisers.
• Monitor UK tax legislation and deliver proactive updates.
• Build and maintain strong client and intermediary relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and support practice growth.

Required profile

• Current or recent Senior Manager/Manager experience in a UK Private Client Tax team.
• Background in a leading accountancy practice, boutique tax firm or law firm.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven business development experience.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UK residence, long‑term residence and domicile rules.
• Expertise in UK Inheritance Tax, trust taxation and family investment companies.
• Understanding of Double Taxation Agreements and UK anti‑avoidance legislation (TOAA).
• Professional qualification such as CTA, ACA, ACCA or ADIT.
