Trade Finance Operations Officer (UAE Only)

About the role

Embark on a journey where your contributions are celebrated and professional growth is embraced at ADCB. As part of the Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will support trade finance operations, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with bank standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process trade finance transactions using the relevant systems accurately and within required timeframes.
• Ensure all transactions comply with trade finance policy, SOPs, credit terms and bank procedures.
• Liaise with the relationship team to obtain necessary approvals.
• Maintain transaction records and reconcile accounts in line with bank standards.
• Adhere to organizational policies, SOPs and service standards in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of experience in trade finance with knowledge of banking and accounting systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access.
