Senior Manager – Sparkling Flavors Consumer & Shopper Content (Middle East)

About the role

The EME OU Marketing team is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the creation and deployment of consumer and shopper content for sparkling flavors across the Middle East. The role will ensure brand consistency, drive localized campaigns and leverage AI and technology to maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy locally‑relevant consumer and shopper content for the Middle East region.
• Guard content consistency across all markets and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with OU Category, IMX, media leads and brand strategy teams on briefs.
• Lead local agency partners to produce content both from scratch and via OU‑wide platforms.
• Oversee production processes for offline and online content, incorporating AI and technology.
• Amplify campaigns through experiential, influencer, digital and social channels.
• Work with the Insights team to define insights and test content for continuous improvement.
• Provide input on localisation of global campaigns based on local insights.
• Own P&D and agency budgets for the OU.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in local content creation, creative development and agency management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets and timelines.
• Experience leveraging AI and technology for marketing ROI.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional and agency teams.
