Senior Manager – Strategy & Value Creation (Leisure, Hospitality & Entertainment)

About the role

Dubai Holding is a global investment company seeking a Senior Manager to lead Strategy & Value Creation for its Leisure, Hospitality and Entertainment portfolio. The role works closely with the Executive Director to design, implement and monitor strategic initiatives across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide transformation programmes, including operating model redesign, process optimisation and AI‑enabled initiatives.
• Develop and validate business blueprints for new leisure, hospitality and entertainment ventures, covering market assessment, value proposition and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Manage portfolio reviews, track strategic milestones, prepare management updates and ensure accurate reporting across verticals.
• Define and execute special projects from problem identification through solution delivery, handling complex stakeholder environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to communicate progress, influence stakeholders and drive commercial excellence.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of strategy experience in a consulting or similar environment, with strong real‑estate sector exposure.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree; MBA, CFA or CA qualification preferred.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of working independently and under pressure.
