Senior Marketing Manager – Automall

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy, demand generation and customer acquisition for Automall in the UAE. The role will strengthen the Automall brand, drive qualified leads and support growth across used‑car retail, partnerships and export opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the annual marketing strategy, campaign calendar and channel plan aligned with sales priorities and growth targets.
• Own performance marketing across paid search, paid social, marketplaces, display and retargeting to generate quality leads and improve conversion efficiency.
• Enhance Automall’s customer proposition through brand campaigns, content, creative messaging and offer communications.
• Develop marketing support for new growth channels such as non‑GCC sales, Japanese imports, export‑led acquisition, driving‑school partnerships and referral programmes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Buying, Pricing, Digital, CRM, Finance and Operations to translate business priorities into measurable outcomes.
• Manage agencies, influence stakeholders and optimise campaigns using data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in commercial marketing, preferably within automotive or retail sectors.
• Strong ownership of performance marketing and campaign planning.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, finance and operations teams.
• Data‑led optimisation mindset with solid analytical capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills.
