Senior Marketing Manager – Saadiyat Grove

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the creation and growth of Saadiyat Grove as a vibrant, cultural and lifestyle destination in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to senior leadership, the role blends brand strategy, experiential activation and community building to drive awareness, footfall and long‑term equity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Saadiyat Grove destination narrative, ensuring consistent storytelling across campaigns, content and events.
• Plan and execute integrated ATL, BTL, digital, social, PR and OOH campaigns, managing the annual marketing calendar.
• Lead agencies (creative, media, PR, social) to deliver strategic, premium and measurable outputs.
• Conceptualise and deliver experiential activations that align with tenant mix and enhance public, retail and cultural spaces.
• Oversee the destination content strategy, including editorial, video and social storytelling, fostering a lively community presence.
• Track and report KPIs such as footfall, dwell time, engagement, awareness, sentiment and campaign performance, using insights to optimise future initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 60 months (5 years) of experience in marketing, preferably in destination, real‑estate or cultural branding.
• Demonstrated ability to design and launch integrated multi‑channel campaigns.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
