Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant

About the role

The Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant will translate business processes into system configurations and lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for clients in Abu Dhabi. You will analyze complex business problems, design functional specifications, and ensure successful delivery of cloud‑based CRM projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist across all project phases – planning, analysis, design, build, and testing.
• Configure system settings, execute unit, integration and user‑acceptance testing.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to resolve business or system issues.
• Coordinate development tasks, enhance development and release processes.
• Develop tools and frameworks to ensure high‑quality Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Conduct code reviews, walkthroughs and testing to meet quality standards.
• Mentor technical team members and document technical risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
• At least 4 years in a lead role on CRM projects.
• Two end‑to‑end implementations completed.
• Minimum two certifications from Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant tracks (Field Service, Customer Service, Sales).
• Proven experience with cloud‑based (online) CRM solutions.
