Senior MLOps Engineer

About the role

AI71 is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimise machine‑learning models that power its AI solutions. You will work with cutting‑edge technologies such as large language models and retrieval‑augmented generation, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to turn business challenges into impactful AI products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, train and deploy predictive models, including LLMs and RAG pipelines.
• Maintain and improve data preprocessing pipelines to ensure high‑quality input data.
• Monitor model performance in production and continuously optimise them.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate objectives into machine‑learning tasks.
• Build and deploy LLM‑powered applications using FastAPI or Flask and create front‑end interfaces with Streamlit.

Required profile

• Master’s or Ph.D. in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, reinforcement learning or data science.
• Proven experience with large language models and parameter‑efficient fine‑tuning methods (LoRA, QLoRA, etc.).
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Competitive coding background is a plus (e.g., ACM/ICPC, Kaggle).
