Senior NDT Engineer

About the role

Target Engineering is seeking a Senior Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) Engineer to lead NDT activities on large‑scale Oil & Gas EPC projects in the UAE. You will ensure testing quality, compliance with international codes, and support project delivery across all phases.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all NDT activities throughout EPC project phases.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, international codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Review, approve, and coordinate NDT procedures, techniques, and inspection plans.
• Supervise NDT personnel, verify qualification compliance, and provide technical guidance.
• Liaise with clients, third‑party inspectors, construction teams, and quality departments.
• Monitor welding and NDT work to meet quality and schedule objectives.
• Provide expertise on welding inspection, defect evaluation, and acceptance criteria.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years total experience in Oil & Gas, with at least 10 years as an NDT Engineer.
• Proven track record on large‑scale EPC projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Certified NDT Level III (ASNT, PCN, or CSWIP).
