Senior Network Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, build and secure enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure for our real‑estate portfolio in Dubai. The role combines advanced networking design with hands‑on implementation and security oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure LAN/WAN architectures, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPN and SD‑WAN solutions.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate a team of network engineers, delegating tasks and conducting performance reviews.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot firewall platforms (Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper) and manage ACLs.
• Support security monitoring through IDPS and SIEM tools, analyse alerts and assist in incident response.
• Develop and enforce security policies, perform regular audits, risk assessments and vulnerability remediation.
• Document network designs, configurations and security procedures, and prepare compliance reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in enterprise networking and security.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a technical team.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in security monitoring and incident handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Switching and routing design.
• Firewall technologies (Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper).
• Subnetting and VPN/SD‑WAN implementation.
