Senior Operations Manager

About the role

Stake is the leading real‑estate fintech in the MENA region, and its Operations team is building the engine that powers fractional property ownership. As Senior Operations Manager you will own the end‑to‑end money processes, lead a specialist team and create the controls that allow the business to scale reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full dividend cycle, reconciliation, payables, receivables, forecasting, investor votes and exits.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of operations specialists, setting clear expectations and performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and best‑practice automation.
• Design and maintain controls that detect issues before they affect investors, including invoice‑level verification and automated alerts.
• Document all core processes and ensure coverage so no single point of failure exists.
• Partner with Finance on reconciliation, collections and cost allocation to reduce friction.
• Monitor property portfolio performance, collaborate with Property Management, and provide dashboards and reports to stakeholders.
• Own investor communications regarding tenancy status, maintenance events and exceptional circumstances.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operations teams in a fast‑growing, finance‑oriented environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of building scalable processes and controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work cross‑functionally with Finance, Property Management and senior leadership.
• Ability to translate complex operational data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
