Senior Orthodontist – Government Healthcare Facility

About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Orthodontist to join a Government Healthcare Facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive orthodontic care to pediatric, adolescent and adult patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary dental team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full orthodontic assessments, diagnose malocclusions and dentofacial abnormalities.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans using fixed and removable appliances.
• Manage complex cases, coordinate care with other dental and medical specialists, and handle orthodontic emergencies.
• Interpret diagnostic records, photographs, radiographs and cephalometric analyses.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensure compliance with infection‑control standards and government regulations.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality‑improvement initiatives and service development.
• Mentor junior dentists, contribute to teaching activities and support research projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS, DDS, DMD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Valid dental licence to practice in the UAE.
• Extensive clinical experience in orthodontics, preferably in a senior or specialist role.
• Strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and uphold patient‑safety standards.
