Senior People Operations Manager

About the role

Taptap Send is seeking a Senior People Operations Manager to join its People team in Dubai. This high‑impact individual contributor role will drive employee relations, support expansion into new markets, and build scalable People processes that enable global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the employee relations function, handling sensitive cases, performance processes, and investigations in partnership with Legal.
• Lead the establishment of employment infrastructure in new jurisdictions, including entity setup, payroll, contracts, benefits, and local compliance.
• Design, automate, and manage core People Operations processes to improve efficiency and support rapid scaling.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure People initiatives align with business objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance and operational support for all HR‑related matters across the organization.

Required profile

• Hands‑on operator with a proven track record in employee relations and HR operations.
• Experience setting up HR functions in multiple countries, preferably within fast‑growing fintech or tech environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and continuous‑improvement orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate sensitive employee matters.
