Senior Photographer & Videographer

About the role

We are looking for a senior photographer and videographer to lead visual production across Almira real estate’s portfolio. The role involves creating high‑quality photo and video content for property listings, events and branded campaigns, primarily on‑site in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the photography and videography team, managing shoots for properties, events, campaigns and branded content.
• Develop creative concepts that align with each brand’s identity and campaign goals.
• Direct on‑site shoots, handling lighting, composition, talent and timing.
• Own end‑to‑end post‑production, including colour grading, video editing, sound design and final delivery in required formats.
• Produce short‑form reels and social clips optimized for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Cover company events, brand activations, roadshows and award ceremonies, delivering edited content promptly.
• Maintain an organised, labelled library of all photo and video assets for the marketing team.
• Coordinate with the Creative & Design team on motion graphics and visual overlays.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of professional photography and videography experience, preferably in real estate, luxury or lifestyle.
• Strong portfolio showcasing property, event and branded content.
• Hands‑on experience with professional camera gear, gimbals and lighting setups.
• Creative thinker able to develop concepts independently.
• Organised, deadline‑driven and able to manage multiple shoots and edits simultaneously.
• UAE experience preferred; fluent English required, Arabic a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence; own car is an advantage.
