Senior PLM Software Analyst (Contract)

About the role

EDGE Group is seeking a Senior PLM Software Analyst on a contractual basis to support production activities and ensure the stability of its PLM ecosystem across multiple engineering tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for PLM tools (CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, Altium) and the XPLM connector.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues involving AML, IOM, C#, JavaScript, SQL, server/client methods and application logs.
• Support package deployment, smoke testing, post‑deployment validation and upgrade activities for Aras Innovator (Release 35+).
• Coordinate with business, configuration management, infrastructure, DBA, vendors and integration teams.
• Install and maintain Aras components on servers, handle server‑upset resolutions and support go‑live activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
• 8+ years of PLM software support experience, including at least 3 years with Aras Innovator production or upgrade support.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and effective communication across cross‑functional teams.
