Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the visual identity and interactive experience of our brand. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver compelling, user‑focused solutions that stand out in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Create outstanding brand visuals and engaging interactions with a unique appearance.
• Inspire creativity, challenge conventions and apply industry best practices for user experience.
• Continuously improve design processes, tools and knowledge to boost productivity and product quality.
• Lead all design phases: research, concept, prototyping, detailed design, usability testing and implementation.
• Manage multiple work streams in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Drive collaboration within the design chapter and across other departments.
• Ensure final implementations meet design specifications and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• 5‑6 years of full‑time UX/UI design experience in agile, consumer‑focused organisations.
• Proven expertise in user experience methods such as wireframing, user‑flow mapping, user testing and information hierarchy analysis.
• Strong ability to deliver high‑quality work, lead projects from concept to completion and nurture design thinking across teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset, using qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
