Senior Product Manager - Financial Services

About the role

The Senior Product Manager – Financial Services will lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of Blue Rewards’ financial services portfolio, covering payments, remittances, embedded finance, credit products and data monetisation. Reporting into the corporate services division, you will work closely with engineering, design, data and compliance teams to create customer‑centric, compliant and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for all financial services within the Blue ecosystem.
• Identify and evaluate new embedded‑finance opportunities such as lending, rewards monetisation, subscriptions and insurance.
• Translate business objectives into clear product outcomes, KPIs and success metrics.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: discovery, PRD creation, delivery, launch and continuous optimisation.
• Prioritise engineering backlogs, manage trade‑offs and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Specify functional and non‑functional requirements, including scalability, security, performance and regulatory compliance.
• Run experiments, A/B tests and post‑launch optimisation to drive engagement and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Deep domain knowledge of payments, embedded finance and data monetisation.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive results in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
