Senior Product Manager – Monetisation & Affordability

About the role

As Senior Product Manager for Monetisation, you will lead the intersection of our advertising portfolio and affordability products, shaping how ads can enhance customer purchasing power while delivering revenue for vendors and the business. You will work in a high‑ambiguity, high‑impact environment, collaborating with commercial, technology and ad‑tech teams to define strategy and drive execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy that integrates ads with affordability solutions.
• Design marketplace‑balanced products that improve customer affordability and generate sustainable revenue for the platform.
• Drive cross‑organisation alignment across product & technology, commercial, and Delivery Hero’s ad‑tech groups.
• Analyse data to build evidence‑based insights on conversion, vendor ROI and ad revenue.
• Ship products by partnering with engineering, design and data‑science teams from concept to production.
• Set pace and create clarity in ambiguous spaces to enable fast, confident execution.

Required profile

• Significant product‑management experience with a record of delivering commercial outcomes.
• Strong consumer‑product sensibility and ability to balance commercial mechanics with user experience.
• Exceptional analytical ability, comfortable building models and extracting insights from data.
• Commercial awareness and ability to engage finance and commercial stakeholders.
• Proven influence across senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and setting direction with incomplete data.
• Fluency with AI concepts, prototyping, and integrating AI capabilities into products.
