Senior Product Manager – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Healthcare

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap and execution of revenue cycle management (RCM) products within an AI‑driven healthcare platform. Based on‑site in Dubai, the role works closely with engineering, data science, design, sales and client‑success teams to deliver secure, compliant and efficient solutions for claims processing, payment integrity and fraud detection.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, prioritize and translate requirements into detailed product features and user stories.
• Align product initiatives with business goals, regulatory standards and market trends.
• Lead discovery workshops with healthcare clients and analyse RCM performance data.
• Drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle activities from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven product‑management experience in healthcare technology, specifically RCM, claims processing or payment integrity.
• Track record of developing product strategies, roadmaps, business cases and delivering scalable, secure digital solutions.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, payer‑provider workflows and RCM KPIs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
