Senior Product Manager, Value Creation

About the role

Property Finder is the leading property portal in MENA and is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a business line that drives commercial impact. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle—from market definition and pricing to go‑to‑market execution—while building prototypes with AI tools and leading a small squad.

Key responsibilities

• Own a vertical or product line with clear commercial outcomes, setting targets and roadmaps.
• Develop business cases, pricing, packaging and work closely with Commercial to ensure adoption and measurable value.
• Define and execute go‑to‑market plans, including positioning, pilots, sales enablement and launch timing.
• Prototype and validate ideas rapidly using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor and Lovable.
• Run the squad, prioritize work, unblock dependencies across Engineering, Data, Design, Legal and Commercial.
• Own product metrics, ensure data accuracy and drive market expansion across five MENA markets.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product experience with at least 2 years of direct revenue accountability.
• Proven 0‑1 experience launching new products or business lines from ambiguity to first revenue.
• AI‑native approach to product building and hands‑on experience with data, SQL and rapid prototyping.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, including building business models and pricing strategies.
• Experience mentoring junior product builders and raising product standards.
