Senior Product Owner

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank’s Global Business Services team in Dubai as a Senior Product Owner. You will shape product vision, drive agile delivery, and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders to create customer‑centric digital banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ideation, design and alignment of product vision with stakeholder groups, ensuring adherence to ADCB policies and customer focus.
• Translate product vision into detailed roadmaps, breaking them into value streams, themes, epics and user stories.
• Develop and monitor operational, strategic and agile metrics for squad value streams.
• Prioritise technology and digital product delivery based on competitor analysis, customer research and feedback loops.
• Remove blockers, communicate squad performance with data‑driven evidence, and identify improvement areas.
• Manage dependencies, risks and technical debt to ensure compliance.
• Coach and mentor Product Owners on product lifecycle, road‑mapping, value realisation and risk management.
• Oversee backlog prioritisation in Jira and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other squads and platforms within a scaled‑agile model to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Engage prospective users and stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into product specifications.

Required profile

• Ambitious professional with proven experience in product management and agile delivery.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to align product goals with business objectives.
• Experience coaching product owners and leading cross‑functional squads.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies and technical debt.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and performance reporting.
