Data Analyst – Operational Excellence Lead

About the role

The role serves as the analytics lead for Operational Excellence, turning process performance into trusted metrics, dashboards and analysis that improve decisions across all Mediclinic facilities. You will build on the governed data layer, define KPI, SLA and baseline frameworks, and translate process changes into measurable capacity and financial benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Define and certify KPI, SLA and baseline frameworks for priority processes.
• Deliver trusted dashboards, analysis and a command‑centre intelligence layer on the governed data layer.
• Run monitoring, escalation and intervention cadences.
• Model capacity and productivity and evidence realised benefits.
• Work to DSIM analytics standards, enable self‑service and grow capability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Desirable experience includes more than 5 years in analytics, healthcare or service‑operations environments, and designing KPI/SLA frameworks.
• Preferred certifications: Tableau, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and further study in data modelling or statistics.
