Senior Production Supervisor – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to lead production activities in Abu Dhabi. The role involves ensuring consistent, high‑quality output while adhering to company policies and international best practices. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, safety and continuous improvement across the production team.

Key responsibilities

• Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, providing clear instructions to subordinates and monitoring compliance.
• Manage resources cost‑effectively to minimise waste and unnecessary expenses.
• Participate in and support change initiatives, programs and projects that align with international best practice and market dynamics.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to change management activities within the team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant QHSSE management procedures and controls to deliver a safe, secure and environmentally responsible service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Manufacturing, Production or Industrial Engineering.
• 8‑10 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.
• Excellent command of English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of QHSSE management procedures.
