Senior Professional Services Program Manager

About the role

The Senior Professional Services Program Manager will lead a portfolio of strategic customer programs across the Middle East, ensuring successful delivery of OpenText solutions. This role oversees multiple engagements, guiding project managers, partners, consultants, and stakeholders through all delivery phases.

Key responsibilities

• Govern strategic customer programs from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Drive delivery performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and customer outcomes.
• Own portfolio forecasting, financial performance, revenue realization, margin health, and change governance.
• Assess delivery readiness, implementation approaches, resource requirements, timelines, and risks during deal reviews and project initiation.
• Lead executive governance, stakeholder communications, escalation management, and recovery planning for complex programs.
• Ensure delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and commercial alignment for both OpenText‑led and partner‑led engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Architecture, Support, Customer Success, and partner teams to achieve program objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in program or professional services management.
• Intermediate career level (mid‑level) with proven delivery governance experience.
• Based in or willing to work in Dubai, UAE.
