Senior Program Manager – Quality & Delivery Experience

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead quality and delivery experience improvements for its Rush last‑mile delivery stations in the Middle East and Turkey (AMET) region. The role involves hands‑on operational work, data‑driven analysis, and cross‑functional leadership to optimize cost, productivity, safety and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality and delivery experience improvement roadmap for Rush operations, defining metrics and prioritizing initiatives.
• Collaborate with DEX, Speed, finance, and technology teams to launch and scale pilot programs across the AMET region.
• Conduct data‑driven analysis of pilot results and expansion opportunities, using dashboards and weekly business reviews (WBRs) to inform decisions.
• Influence cross‑functional stakeholders, including operations, finance, and tech, to secure resources and alignment for program delivery.
• Build scalable mechanisms such as dashboards, reporting frameworks, and standard operating procedures to sustain continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with finance business partners on planning cycles, assumptions (OP1, QxG, 3YF), and develop narrative documents (6‑pagers) for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex programs or projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to use quantitative data and metrics to identify gaps and drive measurable improvements.
• Proven track record of owning end‑to‑end program strategy, delivering results, and presenting outcomes to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is a plus.
