Senior Program Manager – Salesforce

About the role

Horizontal Digital is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex Salesforce transformation programs across multiple clients in the EMEA region. The role focuses on delivering measurable business value, ensuring predictable delivery outcomes, and driving strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Salesforce transformation programs, aligning delivery with client objectives, timelines, and contractual commitments.
• Establish program governance, including executive reporting, risk management, and health monitoring.
• Ensure programs deliver tangible business value and customer outcomes, not just technical deliverables.
• Lead issue resolution and escalation for high‑visibility programs.
• Own financial performance, managing revenue realization, margin protection, and cost control.
• Mentor Project Managers and collaborate with practice leadership, architects, and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale Salesforce programs in a consulting environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi‑client environments and drive program success.
