Senior Project Engineer – AV Integration

About the role
As a Senior Project Engineer you will lead the technical delivery of large, complex AV integration projects, ensuring designs are complete, feasible and ready for installation and commissioning.
Key responsibilities
- Review and validate preliminary design documents, Scope of Work and contracts.
- Create detailed engineering drawings and documentation in collaboration with the CAD team.
- Generate cable pull sheets, perform heat, power and structural calculations, and coordinate network requirements.
- Audit and approve the final Bill of Materials.
- Provide technical guidance during implementation and resolve issues across project management, fabrication and field teams.
- Mentor and cross‑train junior team members.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in AV integration and large‑scale project delivery.
- Proven ability to mentor and support team development.
- Strong understanding of aligning technical solutions with project goals and customer expectations.
