Senior Project Manager – Dubai

About the role

Creative Clinic is expanding its operations in the United Arab Emirates and is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of interior fit‑out, design‑and‑build, hospitality, food‑and‑beverage, retail and commercial projects based in Dubai. The role reports to senior leadership and works closely with Quantity Surveyors, Tendering Engineers and Procurement Officers to ensure seamless project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of interior fit‑out and design‑and‑build projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and quality standards for hospitality, F&B, retail and commercial assignments.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure project specifications are met.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and mentor junior staff.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management.
• Strong UAE experience in interior fit‑out, design‑and‑build, hospitality, F&B, retail or commercial projects.
• Ability to work full‑time on a morning shift in Dubai.
