Senior Project Manager (Industrial)

About the role

The Senior Project Manager (Industrial) will lead the delivery of large‑scale industrial projects for ADNOC and its group companies, ensuring compliance with the highest health, safety and environmental standards while meeting scope, quality, cost and schedule objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and apply project management policies, procedures and standards across all phases from award to hand‑over.
• Prepare and review project schedules, cost estimates and budgets, and monitor their implementation.
• Organise project teams, allocate manpower, and lead Project Managers and specialist staff.
• Select, pre‑qualify and evaluate subcontractors and suppliers, overseeing their performance and contract compliance.
• Define detailed statements of requirements, scope of work and execution strategies for each project phase.
• Track progress, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all activities meet HSE requirements and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience (approximately 144 months) in industrial or oil & gas project management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex contracts.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills.
