Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale development projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and client commitments. This role requires strong coordination across multiple disciplines and a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Determine and secure the resources needed for project execution.
• Organise project teams, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
• Identify and engage suitable contractors to support project milestones.
• Plan the construction process, develop critical path schedules, and manage stage‑by‑stage resource delivery.
• Oversee financial planning, continuously forecast costs, communicate changes, and control project scope.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior project management role with a reputable real‑estate developer.
• Background in contractor, developer, client, or consultancy environments.
