About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead fit‑out and refurbishment projects from inception through handover in Abu Dhabi. The role carries full responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage fit‑out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion and handover.
Control project scope, programme, budget, quality and resources.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor progress, identify risks or delays and implement corrective actions.
Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture or construction management.
13‑15 years of relevant experience with strong exposure to fit‑out and refurbishment projects.
UAE experience required, preferably Abu Dhabi projects.
PMP or MRICS certification preferred.
