Senior Project Manager – Master Planning and Infrastructure

About the role

WSP is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex land development projects across the UAE. The role combines strategic oversight of master planning, infrastructure, transport, and sustainability with hands‑on delivery of design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage master planning and design projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Build and mentor cross‑functional teams, providing guidance and motivation to achieve project goals.
• Maintain strong client relationships, understand needs, and ensure deliverables meet expectations and budgets.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, control expenditures, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Create work breakdown structures, schedules, and control scope to prevent creep.
• Implement WSP quality processes and foster a quality‑focused culture.
• Manage procurement activities, including agreements, change control, and subcontractor appointments.
• Establish stakeholder and communication plans, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level project management experience in land development.
• Extensive planning and design‑stage experience, particularly in the UAE.
• Strong technical understanding of master planning, infrastructure, transport planning, landscaping, and sustainability.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver internationally significant projects from inception to completion.
