About the role

Capital Avenue Real Estate, a leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi, is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Property Advisor. The role guides clients through property purchases, sales and leases, and builds strong client relationships while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on market trends and guide them through property purchases, sales and leases
• Conduct property viewings
• Prepare and review documentation
• Negotiate terms to secure favourable outcomes for clients
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and deliver high-quality customer service at every stage of the transaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate listings, efficient property management and compliance with company policies and local regulations
