About the role
Capital Avenue Real Estate, a leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi, is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Property Advisor. The role guides clients through property purchases, sales and leases, and builds strong client relationships while collaborating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on market trends and guide them through property purchases, sales and leases
- Conduct property viewings
- Prepare and review documentation
- Negotiate terms to secure favourable outcomes for clients
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and deliver high-quality customer service at every stage of the transaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate listings, efficient property management and compliance with company policies and local regulations
