Senior QA Engineer

About the role

BlackStone eIT is looking for a detail‑oriented Senior QA Engineer to join its on‑site team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on manual testing, defect management, and User Acceptance Testing coordination while ensuring high‑quality software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manual software testing based on business and technical requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain test cases, scripts, and execution records.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business users and project stakeholders.
• Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Validate fixes, perform regression testing, and maintain accurate test documentation.
• Provide regular testing status updates and communicate risks in both Arabic and English.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Good understanding of the testing and defect lifecycles.
• Ability to support UAT activities and coordinate with end users.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Available to work on‑site.
