Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

About the role

Binghatti, a leading UAE property brand, is seeking a Senior QA & Automation Engineer to ensure the quality of its enterprise, CRM, mobile, API and integration solutions. You will lead test automation, functional testing and user acceptance coordination across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile and API applications using Playwright, Selenium and Appium.
• Plan and execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, API and performance testing across releases.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Users and Developers to define test scenarios and validate business processes.
• Coordinate UAT activities, including test planning, user support, issue tracking and sign‑off.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Prepare and maintain test artefacts (cases, scripts, data, defect logs) using Jira/Xray or equivalent tools.
• Conduct user training, system demos and create user‑facing materials such as guides and release notes.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of QA experience with strong hands‑on test automation.
• Proven ability to work directly with business users and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating UAT and delivering application training.
• Good communication skills and solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery.
