Senior Real Estate Agent – Secondary Market & Off‑Plan

About the role

Takween Aldar is expanding its Secondary Market and Off‑Plan teams in Dubai and seeks an experienced Senior Real Estate Agent. You will work with company‑generated qualified leads, leveraging strong marketing and CRM support to close high‑value transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales pipeline from lead conversion to closing.
• Secure new listings and develop a personal network of buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with clients and provide exceptional service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven real‑estate sales experience.
• Demonstrable record of closed transactions in Dubai or the UAE.
• Experience in Secondary Market and/or Off‑Plan sales.
• Strong negotiation, follow‑up, and closing abilities.
• Professional, disciplined, and target‑driven mindset.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
