Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking

About the role

Join ADCB’s Corporate and Investment Banking Group as a Senior Relationship Manager, driving growth and profitability across a portfolio of corporate clients. You will lead a team to acquire new business, deepen existing relationships, and deliver tailored banking solutions in a dynamic Middle‑East market.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate clients, conduct financial analysis and submit accurate credit applications while ensuring an excellent onboarding experience.
• Offer existing clients new solutions, enrol them on alternate channels and value‑added services to increase transaction volumes.
• Review client dossiers, capture current and future needs, and resolve complaints within agreed turnaround times.
• Analyse clients’ financial health, industry trends and identify lending, selling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Conduct credit assessments, coordinate processing of approved credit requests and ensure timely credit utilisation.
• Cross‑sell ADCB products such as corporate finance, project finance, transaction services, debt markets, treasury and Islamic Banking.
• Manage and develop the team in line with ADCB’s people‑management policies to maximise performance.
• Organise and supervise team activities to achieve targets and deliver the business plan.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing relationships and a portfolio of clients in the banking sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
