About the role
We are looking for an ambitious Relationship Manager (or Senior Relationship Manager) to join a leading Dubai‑based luxury property developer in its off‑plan sales division. The role focuses on driving sales of premium residential projects and building strong relationships with brokers and high‑net‑worth clients.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in Dubai’s competitive off‑plan market.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with brokers and high‑net‑worth (HNI) clients.
- Leverage personal network to generate consistent, high‑quality leads.
- Deliver a world‑class sales experience that upholds the brand’s premium positioning.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and maximise growth.
Required profile
- Strong connections with brokers and HNI clients.
- Proven real‑estate sales experience in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Passionate, driven and performance‑oriented.
Required skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as German, Turkish, French, Dutch, Spanish, Hebrew or Polish are a plus).
