Senior Reliability Engineer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

RINA Consulting is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to join its Operations and Maintenance Engineering Division in Abu Dhabi. The role will lead the development and implementation of reliability‑centered maintenance programmes and drive reliability, availability and maintainability studies for energy assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and rollout of comprehensive RCM programmes, identifying critical assets, failure modes and optimal maintenance strategies.
• Manage and maintain project technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct RAM studies to assess asset performance, propose improvements and mitigate risks.
• Produce technical publications, white papers and training materials, and deliver presentations to clients and internal teams.
• Own assigned tasks from analysis through solution implementation, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in asset reliability, RCM or RAM within the energy sector.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and mentor junior engineers.
