Reviews drawings, supervises rigs, signs off loads. Key responsibilities• Lead rigging build on assigned jobs. • Review drawings and load calcs against on-site conditions. • Supervise stagehands and freelance riggers. • Conduct pre-show safety inspections and sign off loads. • Hands-on rigging work including bridle calculations, motor positioning, hoist control. Qualifications & experience• 6+ years professional rigging. • Recognised rigging certification (ETCP, NRC, IRATA, or equivalent). • Hoist control / chain motor experience. • Strong communicator under pressure.
