Senior Sales Account Manager – Marine & Offshore

About the role

Cadmatic is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to lead sales and business development for its Design & Engineering and Information Management solutions within the Marine and Offshore sector across the GCC. Based in Dubai, you will report directly to the VP of Sales Middle East and play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base and growing revenue from strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads using industry expertise and professional networks.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to order generation, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with local teams, pre‑sales, post‑sales, and marketing to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with shipbuilding and offshore clients.
• Travel across GCC countries to meet clients and support regional growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in software sales and business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Extensive experience in the shipbuilding and offshore market (mandatory).
• Strong solution‑selling and complex sales cycle management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
