Senior Sales Consultant – Citizenship & Residency by Investment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to drive our citizenship and residency by investment business. You will own the full sales cycle, from inbound enquiries to closing high‑value cases, and represent the firm across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle every inbound enquiry from our website, WhatsApp and partner channels.
• Conduct consultations with high‑net‑worth clients across six programmes (Türkiye, St Kitts & Nevis, Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St Lucia).
• Develop and manage an introducer network of wealth managers, brokers, business‑setup firms and private‑client lawyers.
• Present the firm on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, including on‑camera client‑facing videos.
• Maintain a clean CRM, provide accurate weekly forecasts and ensure transparent reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years selling advisory services in citizenship, residency or Golden‑Visa programmes.
• Proven track record of personally closed cases that you can walk through end‑to‑end.
• Comfortable presenting on camera as a core part of the role.
• Eligibility to work on‑site in our Barsha Heights office.
• Fluent professional English; additional language is a plus for GCC and expatriate clients.

What we offer

• Employment visa and medical insurance.
• Base salary AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
