Senior Sales Consultant – EdTech & Admissions

About the role

We are a fast‑growing EdTech and professional training organisation based in Dubai, seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to guide prospective learners through our certification, diploma and training programmes and turn enquiries into enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on certifications, diplomas and training programmes.
• Handle inbound leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, email and CRM.
• Assess learner needs and recommend suitable programmes.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up to convert enquiries into enrollments.
• Keep accurate logs and update the sales pipeline in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build trust‑based relationships with learners and provide clear guidance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in EdTech, education sales or course counselling.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and close enrollments.
• High discipline in follow‑up across calls and WhatsApp.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong listening and persuasion abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and lead‑management workflows.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• CRM usage (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
