Senior Sales Executive – Luxury Jewellery Boutique

About the role

We are partnering with a prestigious international high jewellery maison to recruit a Senior Sales Executive for its boutique in The Galleria, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building and managing a high‑net‑worth client portfolio, driving sales of high jewellery and core collections, and delivering unforgettable experiences for discerning customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong personal client portfolio across local and international UHNW customers.
• Drive sales of high jewellery and core collections, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Leverage existing relationships while continuously expanding business opportunities.
• Provide highly personalised service, regular communication, and exclusive experiences for UHNW clients.
• Collaborate with international teams to maximise cross‑market opportunities.
• Support private appointments, boutique events, trunk shows, and exclusive client experiences.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold exceptional standards of presentation, service, and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery or high jewellery.
• Proven track record working with UHNW clients in a boutique environment.
• Strong existing client book and network, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the GCC.
• Demonstrated sales success and commercial drive.
• In‑depth knowledge of diamonds and gemstones; GIA certification is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Valid work permit/visa and willingness to travel internationally.
