Senior Sales Executive – Tyres

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive – Tyres will drive business growth for Central Trading Company, a leading player in the automotive aftermarket in the UAE. Reporting to the sales management team, you will build and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial customers across the designated territory, ensuring sales targets and customer satisfaction standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging market trends and potential partnerships.
• Visit prospective and existing customers on-site to present product catalogs, samples, pricing and advantages.
• Prepare and respond to proposals, RFPs, and tailor solutions to specific customer requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and provide sales support where necessary.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines and secure new or renewal orders.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and administrative records.
• Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activities and product line updates to advise customers effectively.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the tyre or automotive aftermarket sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned area.
