Senior Sales Manager (EMEA) – Power Solutions Group

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the EMEA region to lead our Power Solutions Group from Dubai. The role focuses on driving sales of software and hardware solutions within the Electrical Power sector across the Middle East, Africa and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop market and industry relationships to expand the client’s software and services portfolio.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, from technical discussions to contract closure.
• Conduct webinars, trainings and product demos for prospects and partners.
• Provide pre‑sales architecture, integration guidance and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with engineering consultancy firms to deliver technical and sales support.
• Manage and track the sales pipeline, create sub‑segment business plans and execute marketing initiatives.
• Promote upsell opportunities and ensure renewal of subscription licences and support agreements.
• Contribute to technical and sales collateral and deliver competitive market analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the Electrical Power sector.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and manage complex business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of the value proposition of software and hardware solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
