Senior SAP Finance Control Consultant – FICO Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior SAP Finance Control Consultant to lead the finance workstream for a Dubai‑based holding group. The role involves redesigning end‑to‑end finance processes, governing delivery, and overseeing a complex multi‑entity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain core FI/CO modules including Universal Journal/ACDOCA, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, FSCM and RE‑FX/Contract Lease.
• Lead the migration from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA, applying fit‑to‑standard principles and managing Chart of Accounts and Master Data structure design.
• Direct hybrid onshore/offshore delivery teams and act as the functional bridge between external system integrators and executive leadership.
• Drive user enablement, change management and adoption of end‑to‑end business processes across diverse operating units.

Required profile

• 12–15+ years of SAP FICO experience, including leading functional architecture in full‑lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven experience migrating complex enterprise environments from legacy ERP systems to SAP.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE tax regulations, multi‑currency setups and real‑estate/contract‑lease accounting.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or IT; professional credentials (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) or SAP S/4HANA Finance certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to relocate and join within one month.
